The story is about Kevin, who has a talent for bringing laughs to girls and boys with his humble nature. The story begins on the wedding day of Kevin and ends with his wedding. In between, there is the journey of Kevin's life. Being an introvert doesn't help him, he always gets rejected, he has some peculiar ways, and just when he thinks this time could be different, his lousy luck hits him again. Although he made several attempts at approaching the girls he was attracted to, he didn't succeed in approaching any of them. The reader certainly feels sympathy for Kevin at times. In order to give details about Kevin's life, the narration jumps back and forth in time. Through the quirky Kevin's past and present, the story is at times funny and at other times thought-provoking. Typical of him, he is upright, courageous, and tenacious. Kevin's story focuses on his existential crisis phase and whether he'll find the love of his life in the end. The protagonist's friendship with his gang of friends is one of the most positive aspects of this book. The entire family accepts them all as they are. In all the thick and thin, they stand together with each other regardless of their disagreements.

The book focuses on the idea that being different or not following the crowd can't lead to constant judgment, comparison, or rejection. Understanding how different each person is and accepting them for who they are is critical.

It is written in lucid and easy-to-understand language. In some places, it was unclear whether we were reading about Kevin's present or his past. Furthermore, I did not find the ending satisfying or convincing. But it was a happy ending for Kevin, as he realized his dreams and aspirations. To find out how you'll have to read the book!
Overall, it was a good read. People who enjoy contemporary comical fiction or stand-up comedy will enjoy it if they're looking for a new style of writing to read.
