The book is divided into four sections, each representing a different work by the author.
1. As a man thinketh
2. From passion to peace
3. Man king of mind, body, and circumstances
4. Foundation stones to happiness and success

As A Man Thinketh aims to convey the idea that the mind is in control of everything. The mind is the only thing that determines what a person does. With negative thoughts in his mind, he does foolish things. Positive thoughts will change everything and lead him to success.
The second section, called 'Passion and Peace,' provides solutions to the problems of everyday life. He taught us how to focus on our goals and be selfless in this section. We will face many boulders in life in the form of greed and selfishness, but there is always a way to peace. It is always possible to overcome one's own desire for freedom patiently.
In part three of this book, "Man: King of Mind, Body, and Circumstance," we learn how to beat the negativity of our mind, set it free, and put it to good use.
It discusses how to clear the mind and implement positivity within it to achieve success in the last part, "Foundation stone to happiness and success".

While some parts may seem repetitive, keep in mind that these four works were initially published separately. As a result, there are bound to be some overlaps.
The author not only explains the importance of positive, peaceful, and serene thoughts in our lives and how they influence our habits but also describes how to practice them. The book describes what is right and wrong, who is wise and who is evil, and how to avoid bad habits and follow good habits. It contains a lot of jargon and is quite complex in language, which causes one to lose interest in the story. It would be interesting to you if you are a fan of non-fiction. In any case, if you aren't, it's a good book to keep going through in bits and pieces every day.
