With the murders escalating and no leads in sight, Avinash and his team find themselves at a frustrating impasse.
Desperate for answers, they reach out to a potential informant, only to unearth a connection to a larger conspiracy involving the slain officers. With their ranks dwindling, the question looms: can they safeguard their remaining allies while pursuing the elusive perpetrator?
This book presents a gripping tale of suspense and intrigue as Avinash races against time to unravel a web of deception and bring the culprit to justice.
The writing in this book was commendable, with a captivating mystery that held my attention throughout. The narrative was straightforward, maintaining a perfect, fluid pace that neither rushed nor dragged. While I did manage to guess the serial killer early on, the plotline remained fantastic, and I found myself thoroughly engaged in the story and eagerly anticipating how the police would unravel the mystery. Each character in this book fulfils a crucial role, skillfully illustrating how individuals are led astray by power, overlooking the consequences of their actions.
I'm deducting a star because I guessed the culprit within the first few chapters, but overall, the book is exceptionally written with gripping narration, making it a fast-paced read. I highly recommend this mystery thriller, especially to beginners and those looking for a well-paced mystery with straightforward and uncomplicated narration.
